The Buying Process
Terms & Conditions of Sale:
- Goods being sold are on an "as is where is" basis.
- The vendor has not given and will not give any representations or warranties with respect to the goods supplied.
- The vendor is not liable for the quality of goods supplied or their fitness for any purpose.
- Purchaser is responsible for examining the goods supplied carefully, and must accept or reject them on the basis of his/her/its own examination.
- Full payment must be received either by certified cheque, bank draft or wire transfer prior to loading.
- Loading of goods must be mutually arranged between vendor and purchaser.
- Transportation must be arranged by purchaser.
