RJ OIL SANDS
RJ Oil Sands utilizes state of the art production sand & soil washing technology. Our current Edmonton, Alberta pilot plant is 50 metric tons of solids a day, and can be scaled up to 500 metric tons per day modules. Our process is designed to slurry produced sand and transport material through a series of washing stages intended to separate, recover, and concentrate chemical impurities from the silica sand fraction to produce a clean sand material. This multi-step hot water wash process is supported by a highly sophisticated water management program designed to control, recover and manage the distribution of the chemical contaminates within the water supply.
Industries that our technology can be used for include: oil and gas; sludge treatment; mining; environmental; marine; agricultural; transportation and industrial.
